• Genius Bonus: If you know a bit about the three possible poisons (or look them up online), you can make an educated guess about which one was used based on how easily it might be obtained and administered. Both Polonium-210 and Dimethylmercury are exorbitantly expensive and extremely dangerous to handle, requiring special equipment to prevent the killer from self-poisoning. Thallium on the other hand is relatively cheap and requires little special handling. In fact, it was common in rat poison in Australia during the 1950s and led to a "Thallium craze" of civilian murders.
