- Demonic Spiders: Gorrilas with mortars can be a bit of pain with them being able to carpet bomb upon your position without ever needing line of sight. The Overbrute Panther - with it's Invisibility Cloak, invincibility and his attack method involving you freezing in place to place a Sticky Bomb on you - can be a pain to deal with too.
- Narm: The game's script provides some goofy moments, with Dogstone being a most frequent source of these:Dogstone: Oh My God, It's a Baby! A HUMAN baby!
- Scrappy Mechanic: Getting supplies (health, ammo) out of crates isn't exactly intuitive, as you'd have to shoot the crates with any crate and walk over the holes you'd makenote to pick anything that would be inside.
- Scrappy Weapon: The grenades have some rather wonky bouncing physics, bouncing off into literally any direction they'd feel like.
- Spiritual Adaptation: Considering this game used to have the subtitle of Creatures of Dr. Moreau, this was a given.
