* AmericansHateTingle: Though nobody would call the film a widely beloved classic, it developed a particularly bad reputation in Hungary because it happened to be one of the early targets of a once well known blog and video series around the time CausticCritic-style film reviews became popular on the net. While the review did state the film had its fans, many viewers simply took the comical and deliberately excessively negative criticism at face value and dismissed the film as one of the worst movies of all time.

* HilariousInHindsight: Late into the episode as the two approach the end of Advanced, Josh mentions that it would be cool if there were custom levels. A few years later, people started making custom levels for the original games which would eventually evolve into custom level packs. One could wonder if there would ever be a Versus of notable custom level packs such as ''Monkeyed Ball 2'', ''Super Monkey Ball 651'', and ''Super Monkey Ball Gaiden''. In fact, prior to this episode, ''Banana Splitz'' actually ''did'' have a custom level feature but the result of that was rather... mixed, to say the least.
