- Best Known for the Fanservice: Anthea's left breast being exposed, nipple and all, during her fight with the Pandora monster is among the more memorable scenes of the OVA.
- Big-Lipped Alligator Moment: Estella and Sayuri eating cakes and tea in the cafe due to it happening abruptly in the middle of battle sequence between Hana and the US Military.
- Harsher in Hindsight: The backstory revolved around the 2020 Tokyo Olympics being sabotaged by a bioterrorist attack. Cue the COVID-19 Pandemic 4 years later, which actually delayed the 2020 Tokyo Olympics for a year.
- Paranoia Fuel: Just imagine that your child/sibling is a Flowers agent. Now try to imagine what would happen to you and your family if that Agent dies...
- Too Bleak, Stopped Caring: The OVA is viewed as this. Hana ultimately fails in her mission to save Nanase, and Anthea does a Mercy Kill on Hana. This results in the deaths of Hana's family. Anthea later confronts and kills the Pandora, which turns out to be Nanase's transformed father. Then it turns out that Nanase isn't the candidate they were looking for, so Anthea kills him as well, rendering the entire OVA pointless. With the recent announcement of a new partnership also showing that new works will be made in the future, it's up in the air whether future episodes would fall under this.
