  • Another story involved Rudy selling heavy metals—actually heavily contaminated Hong Kong fishes—to Iraq as a nuclear deterrent in case of another invasion, which became a sore point as the casus belli over the presumed suspicion of Iraq's WMD possession became one of 2003 Iraq War's controversies.
