  • Amy and Kelsey are shown to get into really sexual poses throughout the series, especially in the Christmas Episode, where they both sung a more friendly version of "Baby, It's Cold Outside" with Amy singing, I quote: "I'll take your hand, your tail looks real," when Kelsey spills her drink and falls on the floor with a tail, and Amy. Gets. On. Top. Of. Her! The song ends with Amy sitting on Kelsey's lap, straddling her while they're looked in a gaze, holding hands and widely smiling just as Brenna walks through the door!
  • The Season Finale has a brief moment where when Brenna pops a tail when Amy sprays water on her to keep her from having a "hulk experience", when Blaire bends down to stroke her tail, saying its "pretty", but is shooed away by Brenna.
  • This is basically what the entire episode "The Lonely Islander" is about.
  • All the girls get into this position at least once in a while, including Tess (with her creepy attitude towards Amy after finding out she was a mermaid) and Terra (with her obsession towards having her only daughter "join her at sea.")
