- So Bad, It's Good: The reaction sometimes received from “Gooey Eats Burger” is that while the episode is bad, the dialog, character expressions, and Gooey’s mouth while she eats Burger are quite humorous.
- Viewer Species Confusion: If you haven’t known the names of the characters, you could easily mistake Rubber for a meatball, or Ear for a doorknob. This is justified, as the series was made with GoAnimate, which has a limited amount of object props.
