- Harsher in Hindsight: In his "Mark My Words" video about Roman Reigns, he says that the only way Roman can get respect is if they make a drastic change in his personality. While it's not a personality change, Roman finally got the respect of the wrestling community after he announced that he had Leukemia and was forced to take time off. Roman's Face–Heel Turn in 2020 however did drastically change his personality, where he used Tough Love and Gaslighting on his cousins as part of The Bloodline Power Stablenote .
- Hilarious in Hindsight: In his video on the Royal Rumble 2016, Martin says that the reason Dean Ambrose will never win the WWE world championship is because he is the company's Leonardo DiCaprio. Not only did Leo won an oscar next week after the video was released, but Ambrose won the title at Money in the Bank later that year.
- Again with the Royal Rumble 2016, Martin said that the potential fight between The Big Show and Braun Strowman would be a disaster note . In 02/20/17 episode of Raw, Big Show and Braun face each other in the main event. Not only it was the best match of the night, it even starting a few "This is awesome!" chants.
- Martin's joke about Kofi Kingston being 'The Guy' turned out to be less of a joke when Kofi won the WWE Champsionship in 2019. Similarly, the "Mark My Words" episode regarding the New Day suggested that instead of the three members trying to tunnel into just competing for the singles belts without needing to break up the team. While the team eventually did break up (albeit via the roster draft instead of an in-universe breakup), Big E would end up winning the WWE Championship a few years after the video was published.
- Martin once made a joke about the The Big Show... Show, but it is an actual series now.
