These are what we call the 'YMMV items.' Things that some people find in this work. We call them 'your mileage might vary' because not everyone sees these things in the same way. This starts discussions in the trope lists, a thing we don't want. Please use the discussion page if you'd like to discuss any of these items.
YMMV: The Law of Ueki
Angst? What Angst?: if Ueki's team loses the third round, they'll die. Nobody cares about this little fact. Everybody just sees to forget about that lottery in the second round.
Karlpaccho, not only is he lecherous, but but injected Sano's God candidate with a boy sucking parasite in order to force him to join the Robert's Ten, and later mocks him when he sacrifices himself.
Crowning Music of Awesome: The anime soundtrack seems to be loaded with several completely awesome songs. Case in point: "Battle of Abilities". Someone just pulled a thoroughly epic turnaround on their opponent? There's a song to go with it.
Foe Yay: With Robert. Hey, if you say you'll do anything to gain his trust which includes licking his shoe...
Also between him and Marline, Sano and Anon.
Robert has this with Kosuke and Sano (behind the scenes apparently). Concerning Kosuke, he wasn't pleased that Kosuke saved his life during battle and when the match was put on a halt, he started considering to join forces with him. Too bad Margaret wouldn't let him.
Anon can take the form and powers of any being... after he swallows them whole.
Also, his introduction is him trying to do really horrifying things while being completely unaware of why it's wrong.
Also, Robert Haydn. He was swallowed by Anon.
The Scrappy: Several fans seem to find Mori Ai terribly annoying.
It has to do with constantly complaining, her annoying voice and the fact she doesn't do much even when she has her powers. Also the fact that she's the only one on her team to not lose an individual fight even without powers.
The Woobie: Rinko, Robert later flat out states that she's the most easily manipulated of the Robert's Ten, and she breaks down.
Robert Haydn himself could be considered this once you learn his back story.
