• Sequelitis: To Kingdom Come, largely seen as underwhelming by comparison. The writers didn't seem to understand the fact that the original's success was due to it coming from Norman McCay's perspective of the heroes. The story was about bringing humanity to superheroes. The series mistakenly thought people were more interested in future superheroism than the clash of personalities.
• Tear Jerker: Batman investigating the temporal anomalies, seeing one, and then gradually remembering her as the pre-Crisis Batwoman, Kathy Kane.
