- Sequelitis: Widely considered to be the worst of Hammer's Frankenstein films, due to its Denser and Wackier tone, Ralph Bates' Frankenstein being seen as a Replacement Scrappy for Peter Cushing's version (albeit through no fault of Bates, who gives the role his all), and the extremely uneven pacing which makes the creation of the monster seem almost like an afterthought.
