• Awesome Music : Stage 21 Theme
• Breather Boss : Stage 16 Boss. Unlike any other bosses, she has no interesting gimmicks and only has 13000 HP whereas the stage 15 boss has 30000 HP and crazy high defenses.
• Demonic Spiders: Many enemies in the game qualify, but special mention goes to the Mindflayer and Cockatrice type enemies. Mindflayers can paralyze the whole team and inflict instant death with their attacks, while Cockatrices can petrify the whole party if you don't have breath reflection.
• Game-Breaker:
  • Alice with Poison Shield formation. With Alice's massive defensive capabilities and the formation itself, only a few things are capable of hurting your party.
  • Sakuya paired with Byakuren. Combining Sakuya's very high attack power and slayer effect and Byakuren's powerful single target buffs means that most bosses will die in a few turns. Better yet, have Alice to protect them and you'll essentially get Flawless Victory.
  • Reisen. When the enemy are debuffed enough and with buffs on herself, she can easily deal 99999 damage until the debuffs wear off. Only few bosses are resistant to this strategy. Unfortunately, she's only available in the expansion.
• Scrappy Mechanic: Items received from random drops or from treasure chests were unusable until you left the dungeon. All items that are not "saved" by leaving the dungeon will be lost if the party is wiped out. This was removed in Weekend.
• That One Attack :
  • Yuyuko's Resurrection Butterfly. It's an instant death attack with 100% accuracy that only activates when she's defeated.
  • Vortex has a high chance to inflict Dispel on everyone, forcing you to waste 1-2 turns reapplying buffs. Satori can learn this one for the player to use, but it's only available as a Spell Card, requiring a Bomb to use.
  • What Satori cannot learn, however, is Octopus Maelstrom, used by one of the three bosses of Stage 18. It's an extremely damaging all-target Water attack that also has a very high chance to inflict instant death.
  • Void Gravitation, the Final Boss Signature Attack. It deals 777 damage to everyone, and only Alice has enough HP to counter that attack by that point. Fortunately, it only activates under special circumstances (having your land's power be way too high).
• That One Boss:
  • Kaguya and Eirin, both of them having twice as much HP as the previous boss, have high physical and magical attack power, and Kaguya can buff herself and Eirin. Without a sufficient strategy, you'll burn up your MP long before offing both of them.
