• Awesome Music: Their theme song is Sheamus's theme, the powerful mix of celtic music and rock called "Hellfire".
• Broken Base: Some people weren't too thrilled over their 2017 Face–Heel Turn, feeling that the turn didn't make their feud better and was therefore unnecessary, that Sheamus was the main one driving the team's newfound villainy, and that it contrived by WWE so that the fans wouldn't cheer Cesaro over the returning Hardy Boyz (prompting more discussion about WWE's willingness to trade the momentum of rising stars for nostalgia pops.)
• Heartwarming Moments: Cesaro said on the Talk is Jericho podcast that Sheamus stayed awake for 24 hours, having to had to go through a long plane ride from Ireland to the next PPV Extreme Rules, which he then had to make a long episode of Ride Along with Cesaro himself after the show, meaning he had little to no time to rest at all. Why did he go through this long day? He was not missing his sister's wedding in Ireland.
• Memetic Mutation: "We don't just set the bar, WE ARE THE BAR!"
• Most Wonderful Sound: The sirens of Cesaro's theme.
• Rescued from the Scrappy Heap: At the time their team was formed, both Cesaro and Sheamus were in a funk creatively. In late 2016, their Tag Team has been favored considerably to the point many fans were hoping that the two were the ones to finally take the belts off The New Day. When they pulled it off at Roadblock: End of the Line, the Pittsburgh crowd exploded. This was further helped along by their feud with the Hardy Boyz, especially Sheamus' tweets after Payback where he made references to the latter duo's "Broken" gimmick.
