YMMV / Supergirl (2015) S5E5 "Dangerous Liaisons"

• Captain Obvious Reveal: Rip Roar being Russell is one of those where you might be surprised it's even supposed to be a twist. They barely even try to cover his face.
• Narm: Rip Roar's metal tentacles are twice referred to as if they're literally extra arms, which can actually make you wonder if that's how the script was written but the effects guys went rogue.
• Narm Charm: Brainy hamming it up as the Aurafacian is incredibly ridiculous, but also extremely entertaining.
• They Wasted a Perfectly Good Plot: Kara having to pretend to be a civilian visitor to the DEO could yield a ton of great gags, but instead the scene is all business.
