Jerkass Woobie: The main group minus Ellieof course. While they are disrespectful towards Ellie and apathetic about how they treat the forest and its inhabitants, their deaths at the hands of the sprites are definitely (if somewhat intentionally) Karmic Overkill.
Moe: Ellie is a Nice Girl who loves nature and has the cutest design out of the human characters.
What Do You Mean, It's Not for Kids?: Comments on the video show that many people were misled by the short's art style and assumed it would be a fun, kid-friendly cartoon when it's actually a horror comedy that contains swearing and death.
The Woobie: Ellie, who is not only is treated pretty badly by the rest of the group, but nearly ends up dead for trying to save them. Not to mention very likely being traumatized by the whole ordeal.
