• Awesome Music: A large chunk of RandomLand's score (provided by Ego Plum) fittingly accompany the madness going on in the episode.
• Bizarro Episode: And of course, if even the title indicates it.
• Heartwarming Moments: The entire RandomLand episode can be summed up as a love letter to Kaz and his comics.
• Fridge Horror: The fact that one of the faces seen is a reference to the infamous "Red Mist" creepypasta, meaning that the events of the episode in said story actually took place in a parallel universe.
• Nightmare Fuel: The Red Mist Squidward gag.
• Signature Scene: The scene where Squidward opens a door and sees Red Mist Squidward surprised many a viewer.
• They Changed It, Now It Sucks!: When the Red Mist gag was replaced by a baby Squidward filling his diaper, many fans expressed outrage towards the change.
• This Is Your Premise on Drugs: "'Pizza Delivery' on LSD" would be an apt description of "SpongeBob In RandomLand".
