• Defying the Censors: Taken to the extreme. They got away with about 50 young boys showing off their penises (which likely got a pass because they were extremely anatomically incorrect) and Sheila peeing on Gerald. The only thing they didn't defy the censors by doing was having Cartman see Heidi's vagina offscreen - interestingly, this gender-based Double Standard of censorship ties perfectly into the themes of the episode.
• Jerkass Woobie: Butters became very hostile towards the girls in this episode, but considering it was caused by his girlfriend dumping him for what amounts to political reasons during a Skype conversation, it's really hard not to feel bad for him. Not to mention he and all his male classmates were judged guilty for the actions of one internet troll based solely on their gender.
