• Awesome Music: The opening song, Shougeki Gouraigan ~Hikaribito no Chikai~
• Large Ham: Gan, so much. This guy is pretty much an Affectionate Parody of righteous samurai character in Jidaigeki films with his hammy dialogue about justice an all. His deep and very hammy voice make this even more so.
• Visual Effects of Awesome: The series has some excellent effects, such as Gou traveling with the Bunba or the battlefield that the Hikaribito duels in.
