- Gendo is a bigger bastard than in canon and he does not care about Shinji at all.
- Fanon:
- According canon, Rei is a clone of Yui... and only Yui. Period.
- Gendo sent Shinji away because he did not want him involved. He was not trying to weaken his spirit so he broke down more easily.
- Woolseyism: Ikari/Ikiryo which is very similar to Fenton/Phantom
