- Fridge Horror: From the time he leaves Makoto at the gym to reuniting with Fish Eye the next day, Tiger's Eye had a solid amount of time to target the Dream Mirrors of every girl who fell for his charm. And with the Inner Girls taking care of Makoto in the rain, that means there was no one to stop him from killing the girls after not finding Pegasus in any of them.
- Les Yay: This episode was a huge hit for AmixMakoto shippers given how the blue haired girl was the only one to ask Makoto for a dance which led to the two of them dazzling everyone with their divine dancing.
- Values Resonance: Tiger's Eye victim blames Makoto for letting herself fall into his trap but Chibi Moon counters saying that he's in the wrong for manipulating her feelings for his own sick pleasure. This message has great merit in the present day where abusers (and people who support them) blame women for their abuse when the abusers should be the ones at fault for hurting them and exploiting their feelings.
