Fridge Brilliance: Not only does Maron’s hair and eye color change when she transforms into Jeanne, but both of her outfits have gloves. It could seem like just a design choice at first, but Jeanne is still a thief.
Miyako is very obsessed with catching Jeanne, to the point where she's disappointed when Jeanne doesn't show up to one of her planned thefts, and she's over the moon when Jeanne's next theft announcement arrives and contains an apology for missing the previous time. It gets even more Les Yay when we find out that Miyako's whole reason for pursuing Jeanne is to protect Maron's reputation.
Also, Maron eventually realizes why she was having so much trouble confessing her love to Chiaki — she was worried about hurting Miyako.
Strangled by the Red String: Neither Yashiro and Kagura, nor Yamato and Miyako share any on-screen or on-page chemistry or romantic foreshadowing before confessing their love for each other.
