YMMV / Night of the Monster Men

• Arc Fatigue: More than a few people felt this way, as it took up a whole month and six issues, with very little actually happening. It doesn't help that it hijacked the plots of three series, with only Batman even slightly leading into it.
• Broken Base: Hugo Strange's beefiness. Some like it for making him more of a physical match for Batman, while making sense given his desire to be Batman, while others think it takes away from his more straight-up Chessmaster characterisation and just looks silly.
• So Okay, It's Average: The best anyone seems to have to say about the event is that it's an okay action comic.
