• Ass Pull: There was no hinting whatsoever that Lord Master had someone helping him with his evil deeds. You don't even know that his accomplice's name is Bio until you defeat him first!
• Awesome Music: As short as most of the songs are, a lot of them are pleasing to listen to.
• Demonic Spiders: The red fuzzies and red-maned ponies. When they're going to shoot is rather unpredictable, making losing a heart to their attacks not uncommon. Especially with the latter, since they have a Spread Shot instead of firing one bullet in a straight path.
