• Narm Charm: Firestorm Stein looks... not intimidating. But the scene is so awesome, it doesn't really matter.
• Special Effects Failure: For costuming values of special effects: One early scene makes it painfully clear that Helen of Troy's lovely and bust-enhancing garment is taped to her bosom when she leans forward but her top and the skin it is taped to do not.
• Story-Breaker Power: We see in this episode why Firestorm is usually sidelined by the writers: even with Stein as the physical manifestation, he hands two sorcerers their asses.
