• Hilarious in Hindsight: The fact Obito survives the battle that gave Kakashi his Sharingan considering that Obito is in fact Tobi.
  • To be fair, the fic was written and completed before the manga revealed that Tobi wasn't even Madara in the first place, let alone Obito.
  • Kakashi not remembering Zabuza and Haku since he did and was rather glad that they were Naruto's first real opponents.
• Ho Yay: At least according to Kiba, much to everyone else's confusion. Apparently Naruto's obsession with bringing Sasuke back rubbed him the wrong way...
  • Kiba ships pretty much everybody who's ever had anything remotely reminiscent of romantic subtext in the series, regardless of whether or not he's aware that he lives in an entirely alternate timeline. This is an obvious parody of the Crack Ship phenomenon, which is extremely prevalent in the Naruto fandom in part due to how large it is and the many characters there are.
