• Narm: The funeral scene for Sheriff Jason Realotti, during which Tommy Jarvis gives a eulogy for the man. From a Meta Standpoint, the scene is meant to be a tribute to Realotti's actor, Steve Dash ^note who played Jason in Friday the 13th Part 2 (hence his character's nickname as "The Real Jason") and passed away shortly after filming Vengeance. In-Universe ? We see the Realotti character as a hotheaded Sheriff, covering up Jason's murders and his own negligence leading to a young Jason drowning, which hardly makes Realotti a sympathetic character. And yet, Tommy's eulogy makes him out to be this fatherly, upstanding pillar of the community, which especially sticks out as whatever relationship Tommy had with Realotti is never mentioned or elaborated on onscreen.
