* AwesomeMusic: Dark Lord/Emperor's battle theme from Streetpass Quest 2.
* DemonicSpiders: Any enemy that takes very litte damage from your attacks, or uses any type of magic (e.g Fortifying magic, Mirage magic, Level Down Gas, Nullifying Magic) in Streetpass Quest 2 / Find Mii 2.
** Mummies are especially infuriating since they can cost you a hero before you even do anything.
** Some of the reaper enemies will spew Cursed Gas, which prevents you from doing anything unless you use the Dispelling Draft potion.
** Reaper Commanders in Find Mii 2 mash all THREE of the above nuisances together; while they can only be found in the Ominous Shrine in the [[NewGamePlus Secret Quest]] (and requires not one, but TWO hidden keys to unlock on top of that), they spew curse gas, have natural armour, [[StoneWall have more health than even Diamond Golems]]. Even worse, they always have a mummy fighting alongside them, and will use their exclusive Revival Magic to resurrect the mummy at the start of every encounter if the player manages to kill it. Unless you've got high-level Miis among your Old Allies (which are ludicrously expensive, as hiring just one Level 7 Mii eats up almost a full day's allotment of Playcoins) or have a friend or two to frequently Streetpass and get their Mii for free, defeating a Commander can literally take weeks.
* ThatOneAchievement:
** Clearing the original Find Mii using only a limited number of Miis is nigh-impossible without having friends to farm up high leveled Miis.
** Dealing 50 damage in one turn in the original Find Mii requires a top-leveled Mii, a number of Miis with specific shirt colours, and a [[LuckBasedMission and a healthy bit of luck since it requires at least one critical hit and no misses]]. Worse, since Old Allies were never integrated into the original, it means having to Streetpass with the same person for EVERY attempt, which is nigh impossible unless you happen to have a willing friend with a 3DS.
* ThatOneLevel: Colored shields. They block all sword attacks except from heroes with shirts of matching color. Magic goes around the shield, but at minus 2 damage. [[LuckBasedMission God help you if you don't have a friend to boost you.]]
** Rooms covered in darkness can ONLY be passed by White magic, disallowing brute-forcing fire magic, and forces all other heroes in front of the White hero to flee. Unlike shield rooms, you can't re-order your heroes to put White in front.
** Even worse, you could reach the maximum number of heroes and NONE of them are white, resulting in all five of them running away from the dark room. On the bright side, once the room is lit, you never have to light it again when you run out of heroes.
** Not to mention the Poison Rooms, in which the same applies, but needing the even rarer Yellow Miis.
** Find Mii 2 makes the Fire, Ice, and Poison trap room rooms even worse, since you now need TWO heroes with the correct shirt colour to clear the trap and continue.
* ScrappyMechanic: Some of the potions you order may turn out to be defective, wasting a hero AND your Play Coins.
** The fact that the player has no control over what shirt colours the hired heroes will wear can be incredibly frustrating in the above-mentioned trap rooms and against shielded enemies.

* ScrappyMechanic: Some of the potions you order may turn out to be defective, wasting a hero AND your Play Coins.
* WrongGenreSavvy: Any player who has been using potions or magic to defeat the enemy will be in shock when they find out that Dark Lord/Emperor is immune to potions and all forms of magic, forcing them to attack physically.
* SpoonyBard: Dark Green Miis, with a collection of Miis at level 7; they cannot be boosted beyond level 7, making their magic superfluous.
** Brown Miis also count.
