- Hilarious in Hindsight: Dr. Z from Bino The Elephant is a scientist with short, wild hair who puts unwilling participants through horrible situations in the name of science and apparently has multiple versions of his loved ones.
- Moe: Angela. Good Zulway, God of Mercy, you just can't help but want to give the poor girl a hug for all the crap Horse Man puts her through.
- Nightmare Fuel: Puppet creatures with More Teeth than the Osmond Family from the darkest bowels of Hell.... and they fuckin' love Cracklin' Oat Bran!
- High Octane doesn't begin to describe the second puppet video.
- Spatula Madness has a fair bit of this. The ending of Spatula Madness: The Doctor's Office is definitely this, and the ending of A Night of Spatula Madness is even worse. In the latter case, the protagonist starts screaming in terror at the sight of dozens of manatees impaled on chains hanging from the ceiling of a huge underground chamber, with clocks grafted to them. Oh, and at least one of these manatees is still alive.
- Behold; the original Charlie the Unicorn... slowed down by 7 times normal speed. Special mention goes to the Candy Mountain song, which is spread out for approximately 5 minutes. The actual animation effects are slowed to the mere frames, making even slight character movement a position-warping horror.
- Any episode that starts off normal is guaranteed to reveal a nightmarish psychopath in the cast. Especially if there's a song.
- Anyone with aichmophobia should avoid watching Time For Your Shot at all costs.
- Mr. Happy Face, one of Film Cow's earliest works, is about a knife-wielding maniac terrorizing and brutally killing a small child and pet dog. It is telling that is one of the few videos the creator had delisted from his channel.
- Viewer Gender Confusion: The Walrus from The Walrus Song is referred to as Mr. Walrus, but a number of viewers think he's female due to the bow on his head.
- The Woobie:
- George. The poor guy just wants to eat some eggs, but he is constantly dragged into confrontations between his wife and various strange creatures.
- Angela from the "Horse Man" series. She's a dear, yet constantly deals with Horse Man verbally abusing her and forcing her to cancel her plans to participate in his own.
