- What Could Have Been: Through the story, the author released additional sheets for X Servants he considered for his story. The candidates were:
- Artakha as Ruler X - and Word of God reveals he would be summoned if Angra wasn't suppressing the summoning of Rulers in the Holy Grail War.
- Richard Castle as Caster X (no, really) - he was discarded because he wasn't as serious of a character for the context of Zero Paradox.
- Hanzo Shimada as Archer X - discarded in favor of Tex for adding another woman to the mix and the dynamic she would get when factoring the Love Spot in the mix.
- Whitebeard as Lancer X - not chosen mainly for making Team Tokiomi a Game-Breaker but also because he's a Servant in Fate: Zero Sanity.
