• Best Known for the Fanservice: The best-known part of the film is the tryst between Brigitte Bardot and Jane Birkin's characters.
• Narm: The theme song, with its histrionic and melodramatic lyrics, sounds extremely hilarious. Doesn't help that it plays repeatedly at key points throughout the film.
