• Complete Monster: Keisuke Yamao is an unemployed villager of Kitanosawa who had been living with a gambling addiction. To pay off his debt, Yamao had raided a jewelry store, killed the owner of the store, and stole a billion yen's worth of diamonds. Driving back to Kitanosawa, Yamao accidentally hits and kills Natsuki Toono. While disposing of her body, Yamao attempts to kidnap Touma Tachihara, a 7-year-old boy, when the latter witnesses the scene. Burying the diamonds, Yamao confesses to the hit-and-run and is sent to jail. Eight years later, when Yamao is released, he discovers that the diamonds are now submerged beneath a dam. In an effort to recover his loot, he decides to bomb the dam, uncaring for the innocent lives such a disaster would cause, and attempts to silence news of the bombing by blowing up cell phone towers. Confronted with the evidence of his crimes, he immediately tries to shoot Detective Conan rather than face justice. A selfish, craven coward to the bitter end, Yamao would let no one come between himself and his greed.
