  • Flop is well-liked by the majority of parent viewers due to how calm and relaxed he is compared to Bing's behavior.
  • Charlie also has his fans, seeing how his character video is the second most-watched video on the US channel.
• Fridge Brilliance:
  • Why is Flop so lax with Bing? Word of God confirms that Flop's parenting is based on the Montessori curriculum, which advocates for child-led learning. Flop lets Bing make mistakes and learn from them, rather than intervening early, similar to Montessori.
  • Why does Pando always take off his pants? Cbeebies has confirmed that the child characters' behaviors are based on those of real children. The removal of pants just so happened to be Pando's.
• Germans Love David Hasselhoff: In Italy, this show is very popular. Rai Yoyo airs the show at least eight times a day, and the merchandise can be found in most stores in the country.
• Moe: All the child characters have their cute moments.
• Unfortunate Character Design: Bing looks a bit too much like a cleft-lipped Blackface caricature.
