• Broken Base:
  • Was Batman Written by an AI really AI generated, or was the entire "I forced a bot" premise a hoax? This divides people discussing this fic quite bitterly, especially since AI was nowhere near as complex as it is today when it was supposedly written.
  • The fic is quite similar to texts produced by AI powered predictive keyboards (such as used by Botnik Studios.) Essentially, the AI suggests several words from a pre-loaded source text, and it’s up to the user to turn them into complete sentences. This would make the fic’s original description Metaphorically True at best.
• Crosses the Line Twice: The comic does love bringing up the fact Batman is an orphan, to a hilarious degree.
• Signature Scene: Joker giving Batman the (expired) coupon for new parents.
