Daphne Rubin-Vega (born November 18, 1969) is a Panamanian-American singer and actress. She began her musical career as a member of the Latin girl group Pajama Party, and her stage career originating the role of Mimi Marquez in RENT. Onscreen, she is best known for the role of Agnes in Smash.
