- Game-Breaker: Calm Mind, a high quality item which gives Isaac/Auri a passively growing damage boost that continues for as long as time passes, only stopping temporarily if Isaac takes damage. If you're not pressed for time, you can literally go idle and have the damage scale up ridiculously high for the endgame. Furthermore, the passive boost is not affected by damage modifiers, meaning Soy Milk can become especially dangerous overtime.
- Hilarious in Hindsight: Auri's detailed colored iris in her eyes contrasts with the average Isaac character's more simplistic solid black eyes, the former character's Non-Standard Character Design making her appear Animesque. In v1.7.5, the vanilla game introduced the Glass Eye, which replaces one of (or both, if duplicated) Isaac's eyes with an even more detailed look that makes him appear even more Animesque than Auri.
