- Idiosyncratic Ship Naming: Among others, the ship name for Soul Blake and Aden Taylor is "Puddingstuck", a play on the common name for several Homestuck AU's. The name came about out of an Affectionate Nickname for Soul being "Vanilla Pudding Bowl" and Aden being a Homestuck fan.
- Portmanteau Couple Name: The ship name for Garret Scott/Felix Draco is "Farret" (pronounced "ferret").
- Nightmare Fuel: The Fear Aisle generates this. Doesn't help that the Dark Vault is right next to it.
- Squick: All of the artifacts contained in the Graveyard are preserved body parts, such as Vincent van Gogh's Ear.
