- Catharsis Factor: For people who greatly loathe the Olicity pairing, Nyssa calling Oliver her husband (which is technically true) in front of Felicity to troll her is a joy to watch.
- Fanfic Fuel: Thea, Roy, and Nyssa's journey to destroy the remaining Lazarus Pits had many fans thinking about their adventures. It even got Fan Nicknames such as "Arsenal/Red Arrow/Speedy/Nyssa & the Outlaws" or simply "The Outlaws".
- Fan Nickname: The Power Trio of Thea, Roy, and Nyssa are baptized as "Arsenal/Red Arrow/Speedy/Nyssa & the Outlaws" or simply "The Outlaws".
- Franchise Original Sin: With Thea's departure, there are no longer any more characters from the Green Arrow mythos in the show except for said character. note . It doesn't help that Thea's role was greatly reduced in the past two seasons.
- Fridge Brilliance: Malcolm knowing the location of other Lazarus Pits explains his return from the dead after Oliver killed him in Season One, even though Malcolm had left the League by that stage and shouldn't have had access to the Pit owned by Ra's al Ghul. Presumably his minions stole his body from the morgue and took it to one of these other Pits to be revived.
