Critical Research Failure: Mendo's review of Scott Pilgrim vs. The World has him calling out Bryan Lee O Malley for the microchip in the baack of Ramona's had being an Ass Pull, even though that was unique to the movie and never happened in the comics. This wouldn't be critical, save for the fact that Mendo explicity says that he researched the comics.
Fan Hater: Ryan Lohner dislikes, and most of the commenters loathe, bronies.
Follow the Leader: What was once a site for reading in-depth (and hilarious) recaps of bad movies, has now become a That Guy With The Glasses clone with (largely unfunny) video reviews.
The Wily Badger's recap of TRON: Legacy hasn't gotten the best response either.
Ruined FOREVER: The video recaps haven't been very warmly received at all.
Admittedly, the pop-up that says [essentially] "We do video recaps now! Check them out!" every time you start to browse a webpage recap in the archives doesn't help. (YMMV: it might just be the (500) Days of Summer recap that has the pop-up. Still, if you're browsing the archives you'll probably figure out that there are video reviews there too!)
