• Broken Base: The ending of episode 6 quickly became controversial, as it has either Megan or Melissa killed off by a house fire. One camp absolutely despises that they can no longer be in a poly-relationship with both Megan and Melissa and considers this moment an Ass Pull. Another camp considers this moment to be the most emotional part of the game and a brilliant, yet incredibly tragic twist. A third camp feels that this moment could have been handled better if there was more foreshadowing beforehand.
• Complete Monster: Leah is a nurse and insane photographer who develops an obsession with the main character. Raping him in his sleep while taking photos, Leah stalks him while breaking into his house and sabotaging his friend's cancer treatment out of fear he would divert the main character's attention. Still not winning his heart, Leah sets fire to his home, killing either Melissa or Megan before luring him to her house and kidnaps him alongside their Love Interest, vowing to torture them to death as painfully as possible for revenge.
• Crosses the Line Twice: In Episode 3, the player is given the option to hit Peter for calling Liam the N-word as many times as they wish by clicking on the "Repeat" button, and the game will let you know how many times you beat him at the end of the episode.
• Draco in Leather Pants: Even after all the vile things Leah does to the MC and his friends, there are some fans who still find her highly attractive, with some even going as far to wish that she had her own route.
• Harsher in Hindsight: The sex scene with Leah in Episode 1. Seems like it was all just a dream, right? No. Episode 7 ends with the MC discovering that Leah took pictures of her forcing herself onto him while he was sleeping in the hospital. That's right, that "dream sex scene" was the MC getting raped in his sleep all along.
• Moral Event Horizon:
  • Peter crosses it when he breaks into the player's house, threatens Megan with a gun, and attempts to rape her when he notices the key she's trying to hide from him.
  • The most prominent moment for Leah is when she sets the MC's house on fire, resulting in either Melissa's or Megan’s death. However, she actually crossed it long before that when she rapes the MC and takes pictures of her doing so while he's asleep from the head injury he received from the robber in Episode 1.
• Player Punch: Wanted to be in a poly-relationship with Megan and Melissa? One of them dies in a house fire at the end of Episode 6. And you have to choose which one to save, and only one of them.
• Shocking Moments: The ending of Episode 6, where the MC's house is set ablaze and either Melissa or Megan ends up dead. Also doubles as a Signature Scene.
