    Majime: Take back from who?
Big Sis: God, something like that.
  • Near the end of the line Big Sis says this, before Shijima and Majime are sent to the Dreamscape.
Big Sis: ... Ha ha ha. Ha ha ha. Finally. I've finally made this far.

Chapter 10

Majime: From what I can tell, you can create almost anything in this world.

Chapter 14

  • The flashback scene of Shijima mentions about her past and the following line she uttered.
Shijima: Right before I went to sleep, I suddenly remembered that it wasn't my first time visiting a friend's house. When I was little... I went to somebody's house. A classmate's I think... [...] What was I thinking back then...? I feel like I used to be a completely different person.
  • The line at the last page.
A new experience, and a recalled memory of old.

Chapter 18

  • Yomikawa mentions this line about the Hole-Digging Club members planning to dig a deeper hole that Mogawa suggested.
Yomikawa: I know someone who might be able to help.
    Teacher Mogawa: You do?
Yomikawa: She's an oddball that's always in a lab coat, though.

Chapter 19

The Gardener: Contradictions are everywhere... Labyrinths... Or perhaps, Escherian stairwells or Mobius strips...

Chapter 28

  • When Big Sis, Shijima and Majime venture through the Dreamscape through the Dreamstones, the former mentions this line.
Big Sis: When people dream... Dreamspace's [sic] appear, and at times, they get anchored... We see them seeming like crystals in our town.
Shijima: All these in here too?
  • A Wham Shot at the end of the chapter, revealing to be the same rock that appeared at the end of Chapter 10.
Shijima: Ah... It's the one that appeared just the other day in front of our apartment.

Chapter 29

Majime: ...This is the dream we saw back then, isn't it?
    Big Sis: Yes.
  • The following line near the end of the chapter takes the cake.
Big Sis: This very town... Is one massive dream someone's having... No... I know very well about the unique patterns formed by the laws of the town... This town is a "calculation".

Chapter 30

  • The Gardener's very entrance.
The Gardener: So you did this. You're the one who's been making a mess of a town. [...] The next one will not be a warning shot.
  • The Gardener reveals the true nature of the world around them.
Big Sis: There have been no traffic-related deaths in West Yomogi this year... The same as the last year and the year before it.
The Gardener: A natural result. Nobody dies in an accident in this world. [...] Have you seen a fatal accident yourself? Personally known anyone who died?
  • Big Sis reveals the function of her sea urchin-shaped device and her involvement.
Big Sis: That sea urchin-looking device over there is a device made for reading people's thoughts and interfering with the town.
Shijima: ...Then the water floating and the school going vertical...
Big Sis: Resulted from experiments using it.
  • Big Sis' entire Badass Boast, which takes the cake for the biggest reveal in the entire manga. And the start of the Wham Episode.
Big Sis: This town is just the product of an empty calculation, nothing more. Everything outside it is all Papier-mache. So, I have to ask, why do you insist on rejecting change?
The Gardener: Who knows... I can only say that it's in my nature.
Big Sis: I believe... You're a damper. You're here to negate a certain amount of change and stabilise the town. However, you can't handle anything beyond that amount. I'm altering the very foundation of this world. No mere Gardener can stop me.
  • A following conversation piece is shown during a flashback with Big Sis and Shijima.
Big Sis: I don't think this town's for us. We don't even have parents. But don't worry... One day, we'll have more freedom.

Chapter 39

  • "Big Sis" reveals to Shijima about how the past is to be a material for the future. Before a suspicious Shijima notices something off about her.
"Big Sis": It's nothing more than that. The past simply exists as material for building the future. It's nothing more than that.
    Shijima: ... Sis?
    "Big Sis": Hm? Sis?
    (The real Big Sis appears)
Big Sis: Shijima! Get away from that person!

Big Sis: This world... Everyone living in this town... She's going to destroy it all.

Big Sis' Clone: I'm not going to make people disappear. I'm just unlocking the potential for people to change. People will be able to change into the best version of themselves.

Chapter 44

  • Yomikawa reveals the complete truth behind the world they are in, boomeranging back to the same reveal that the Gardener made about West Yomogi and anything within it being a simulated reality.
Yomikawa: The computer is approximately 1.2 meters long and fusiform. They say it's still floating somewhere in outer space. And supposedly it is the city we live in. It's pretty amusing when you think about it. All of us are crammed inside this object that looks like a large lemon.

Chapter 45

  • It shows Shijima lying into a snowy field. But a voice interrupts Shijima's reverie and suddenly calls her from a distance. It is not until Shijima finds out who this person is...
