    Season 1
  • "The Great Dime Chase!": Dewey and Webby find out that Scrooge keeps a hidden room in the Archives dedicated to Della. They also find a letter she wrote, apologizing for taking the Spear of Selene. Both are horrified that the thought of Della having betrayed Scrooge, if it happened, and agree to not tell the other two triplets until they find more answers.
  • "The Beagle Birthday Massacre!": Lena is introduced, and she's actually Magica De Spell's niece.
  • "Terror of the Terra-firmians!": This episode shows that Magica can take control of Lena's shadow in order to communicate with her.
  • "Jaw$!": We get an insight into Magica's bigger goal, and discover Lena has to do her aunt's bidding because it will mean her freedom. Until Magica gets what she's looking for, she's bound to her. Also, we have even more evidence that Lena's Becoming the Mask.
  • "The Other Bin of Scrooge McDuck!": Lena turns against Magica, only for Magica to possess Lena and use her body to do her dirty work.
  • "The Secret(s) of Castle McDuck!": Dewey finally figures out what the Spear of Selene that Della allegedly stole is (while Dewey and Webby initially assumed it to be an Ancient Artifact before it was disproven in the episode of the same name, it's revealed to have actually been a rocket ship.), getting a solid lead on the fate of his mother. In addition, Huey and Louie finally find out what he and Webby have been doing under their beaks, and (while justifiably mad at first) agree to help him solve the mystery.
  • "The Last Crash of the Sunchaser!": The gang finally learns the truth about what it was that made Scrooge and Donald stop adventuring and part ways with each other, as well as how Della Duck disappeared: Ten years prior, Scrooge, Donald, and Della were seasoned adventurers who had visited just about every possible location on the globe. Della wanted to embark on a journey to a new frontier — outer space but Donald strongly disapproved, noting Della's impulsiveness and the fact that she was expecting (having just laid eggs that the triplets would hatch from.) Scrooge secretly took Della's side over Donald's and built the Spear of Selene rocket ship as a gift to Della and her sons. Della, however, took the rocket on an unauthorized test flight before Scrooge could surprise her, and got lost in a cosmic storm. The revelation tears the family apart once again with everyone but Launchpad leaving the mansion in anger and disappointment, leaving an equally angry and bitter Scrooge pretty much alone... with his memories of how in stark contrast to his nephews assuming that he had chosen his tightwad nature over Della, he actually came frighteningly close to emptying his beloved Money Bin trying to find Della and had to be forcibly stopped by his board members.
  • "The Shadow War!": It turns out that Magica De Spell's body is imprisoned inside Scrooge's #1 Dime (which is why he never wanted it out of his sight), and she finally escapes to get revenge against Scrooge, forcing the family to reunite to stop her and rescue Scrooge. Also, Lena turns out to be Magica's shadow come to life so she can spy on the Duck family, and while she's seemingly destroyed for choosing Webby over Magica during the final battle, it's hinted that she actually bonded to Webby's shadow. Also, the ending reveals that Della Duck is alive, and stuck on the moon.

    Season 2
  • "The Ballad of Duke Baloney!": Flintheart Glomgold's real name is Duke Baloney, and he based his fake Scottish personality around not just beating, but flat out ruining Scrooge after he unintentionally short-changed him as a child (in a misguided attempt to inspire the same symbolism of earning money fair and square that led Scrooge himself to become what he is today). It also introduces Scrooge's overarching plot for the season: whoever becomes the richest duck in the world by the end of the year gets the loser's company.
  • "The Golden Spear": Della finally returns to Earth... but Donald just misses her and accidentally launches himself into space in the rebuilt Spear of Selene rocket. Also, Della's supposed ally, General Lunaris, reveals his true colors and manipulates the Moonlanders to help him invade Earth. The episode ends with Della at the gates of McDuck Manor.
  • "Nothing Can Stop Della Duck!": Della finally reunites with her family and vows to gradually become a good mother for her sons, while Donald crash-lands on the moon and is taken hostage by Lunaris.
  • "Friendship Hates Magic!": Lena is rescued from the Shadow Realm.
  • "The Duck Knight Returns!": After a series of events which results in Jim Starling's apparent death and the Darkwing Duck movie being cancelled, Launchpad convinces the actor meant to play Darkwing Duck to become Darkwing Duck for real, followed by the actor revealing his name as Drake Mallard. Meanwhile, Starling is revealed to have survived, but descends further into madness and vows to give the world the "grim and gritty" Darkwing Duck they want—as Negaduck.
  • "Whatever Happened to Donald Duck?!": Penumbra and Donald try to hinder Lunaris' planned invasion of the Earth, and they discover he's been planning it for quite some time. He also plans to eliminate anyone who could stop the invasion — including Scrooge and the boys. After failing to transmit a warning to Scrooge, Donald manages to escape the Moon to and return to Earth to warn his family of the invasion.
  • "Timephoon!": Della punishes Louie for his time-travelling shenanigans, grounding him and shutting down Louie Inc. The wham factor here is that A) until this moment, Della has been a very lenient parent, spoiling the boys and unwilling to discipline them. B) Louie finally faces real punishment for his greed, laziness and self-centeredness. And C) The grounding of any of the nephews was not done by Uncles Scrooge or Donald, as per past series, like Quack Pack, or the original Ducktales, but by their own mother!
  • "GlomTales!": The bet between Scrooge and Glomgold comes to a close with Louie winning via consolidating all the villains' funds with Glomgold and conning the latter out of everything. The ending makes it unclear whether he'll relinquish everything to Scrooge.
  • "Moonvasion!": The Earth is saved from Lunaris, but putting it in danger in the first place leads to Clan McDuck being targeted by F.O.W.L., the Board of Directors that run McDuck Enterprises are actually F.O.W.L.'s High Command and Gandra Dee, the Funzo Mascot (actually a disguised Phantom Blot) and Rockerduck's butler Jeeves as well as a cryogenically frozen Rockerduck note  are revealed as agents of F.O.W.L.

    Season 3
  • "Double-O-Duck in: You Only Crash Twice!": Steelbeak and Black Heron nearly expose FOWL, only for Bradford Buzzard to make Dewey and Launchpad think everything is a game. However, while testing an intelligence ray, Black Heron creates The Rescue Rangers!
  • "The Phantom and the Sorceress!": Lena officially steps out of Magica's shadow and unlocks her own Super Mode. However, Magica has regained her powers from Lena, setting her up to be a major threat yet again.
  • "Let's Get Dangerous!": A good chunk of Darkwing Duck characters make their debuts (Gosalyn, Taurus, and the Fearsome Four), and the McDucks discover Bradford had been working against them and why he has. Zan Owlson is also revealed to have become mayor of St. Canard after breaking ties with Glomgold.
  • Building on what "Let's Get Dangerous!" started, "Escape from the Impossibin!": Beakley and Scrooge revealed to have some serious PTSD, or at least worries, relating to FOWL. And speaking of them, they are able to steal the missing mysteries that the Ducks managed to find. However, the Ducks are not planning to back down and are ready to race FOWL to them.
  • "Beaks In The Shell": Mark Beaks has been functionally defanged as a villain, with his last effort to be relevant snuffed out by all of Fenton's friends and family. Gandra has pulled a High-Heel–Face Turn and plans to leave F.O.W.L., only for Bradford to have her imprisoned in a place known as the Lost Library, which is a place so secret, that not even she knew what it is, revealing that Bradford has more things hidden then he lets on.
  • "The Last Adventure": Considering this was the last 3 episodes, it's a surprise to go out on a boom. Ludwig von Drake is still alive, Bradford was the one who tipped Della off about the Spear of Selene, Bradford's Start of Darkness was by being unwillingly dragged onto adventures by his grandmother, Junior Woodchuck founder Isabella Finch, his end goal is eliminating adventure altogether, Webby has two clones of herself named May and June, and Webby herself is Scrooge's Opposite-Sex Clone. Oh, and Manny is this world's version of Goliath.
