Hey there! I'm Percy the Tiger, and these are my friends.note

Percy's Tiger Tales is a Canadian animated television series.

The series revolves around a young tiger named Percy, and his three best friends, Flap-Flap, a bat, Sissabelle, a doenote  and Tattoo, a squirrel, who all go on great adventures in their own fantasy worlds that apparently, they can visit for real. Tattoo's fantasy world is Squirrel Sands, where his pirate ship, Golden Acorn sails the seas. Sissabelle's fantasy world is the Doe Dreamlands, where magical dreams come true. Flap-Flap's fantasy world is Batburg, a city built for crime-fighting superheroes. And Percy's fantasy world is Tiger Towers, which is a castle fit for a knight.

With a cuddle and throw of Percy's stuffed dragon, Zip, he comes alive and turns Percy, Tattoo, Sissabelle and Flap-Flap into a knight, pirate, fairy and superhero respectively, and then they have their adventure in any fantasy world, depending on the episode.

The series premiered in 2012 and lasted for two seasons.

Percy's Tiger Tales has examples of:

  • Accidental Misnaming: One synopsis of the series misspells Tattoo's name as "Tatou".
  • Always Night: Every scene in Batburg always takes place at night.
  • Black Bead Eyes: Most of the characters have those.
  • Catchphrase:
Percy: Are you with me? [hugs Zip]
  • Loose Tooth Episode: Percy loses one of his fangs in "Percy and the Toothstealer", which makes him worried and sets up the whole premise of the episode.
  • Magical Incantation: The kids use these as Percy throws Zip in order for them to visit their worlds.
    "Tower Power!" — Tiger Towers
    "Think Pink!" — Doe Dreamlands
"Stand by to Fly!" — Batburg
  • Me's a Crowd: In "Flap-Flap and the Clones", crime is seen everywhere in Batburg forcing the kids to split up. However, Flap-Flap likes things done her way so she clones herself so she can help the kids fight crime.
  • Odd Name Out: Played With. Percy is the only character in the show who has a normal name.
  • What Could Possibly Go Wrong?: Said word for word in "Percy and the Flying Horse" when Percy tells Zip his plan to see if a horse made of clouds is the flying horse they were looking for.
