Huevocartoon TV is the series of internet shorts done by Huevocartoon Producciones.

The cast of characters includes

  • Huevo Santa: A Bad Santa who absolutely hates kids. He is voiced by the father of the series' creators, precisely because he can't stand kids.
  • Huevos Rancheros: Two very macho egg friends who like doing manly things like shooting and drinking tequila, despite one of them having a very open crush on his compadre.
  • Huevos Bongo: Two cuban eggs with bongos who will start a conversation that suddenly turns into a song with their bongos.
  • Poeta Huevos: Arguably, the most popular characters in the series, these three eggs will start a very classy poem, message or narration while holding a drink in their hands. Then when they try for further takes of the same they get more and more inhebrated, starting to mix up what they were saying, suddenly bringing double entenderes and bursting into fits of laughter.
  • Huevo Zen: an Old Master who likes to dish out completely meaningless wisdom.
  • Huevo Politicos:
  • Huevos Al Cine:
  • Los Super Huevos:

This Work Provides These Tropes:

  • Alcohol-Induced Idiocy: The whole thing point of the Poetas Huevos, as they just get drunker and more unhinged during the segments. But the worst is when they (for some reason) where pilots in a plane and outright set it on a crashing course becuase the "the dude with the red cape" would save them.
  • Anthropomorphic Food: They are walking, talking eggs.
  • Armoured Closet Gay: Huevos Rancheros alwasy talk about all the manly things they do and how manly they do them. One of them is even confirmed to have a wife. But every conversation shows how they actually like each other... As more than friends, no matter how they try to deny it afterwards.
  • Celebrity Endorsement: Played for laughs during the 2012 Mexican election cartoons. One sketch had the candidates creating products to adverstise and to improve their popularity.
  • Exact Words: During their "coverage" of the 2012 Mexican election. Egg AMLO states he lives frugaly since he only earns 15,000 pesos monthly. When the interviewer questions him then how did he buy his son 13,000 pesos sneakers, he just ask him to crunch the numbers and show it indeeds is enough.
  • Surrounded by Idiots: In a sketch called "El huevo más débil" (a parody of the show "Weakest Link"), where the contestant had to answer as many questions before time runs out. The first question was "four-legged animal that goes 'woof'." And the conversation just derailed among all the contestants without ever reaching the correct answer. The host simply couldn't stand to remain in the room with them.
  • Whole-Plot Reference: Their multipart "Lostengo Peridos" (I lost them), which was a recreation of Lost.
  • World of Funny Animals: The series is set in a civilized world of funny eggs.
