Batman: City of Scars is a short Batman Fan Film made by Bat in the Sun.
The video it's about Batman hunting down the The Joker after he kills a councilman's wife and kidnaps him and his son, seeking to stop Joker from killing them -specially the child- and whatever he has planned besides that.

- Mad Artist: Batman mentions that the Joker saw himself as an actor doing performances, this is extended in Patient J.
- Mad Bomber: The Joker's plan is to blow up a carnival using a bomb that he planted inside a Ferris wheel.
- Malevolent Masked Man: The Joker wears a zebra mask when he goes to the carnival to put a bomb.
- My Greatest Failure: Batman considers letting both Councilman Johnson and his wife die as this, as Batman was born to try and ensure that nobody else have to see their parents murdered.
- Psychopathic Manchild: The Joker sometimes acts like a child even while committing horrible crimes, such as the form how he chooses an ice cream on a stolen truck whose driver he killed.
- Would Hurt a Child: The Joker's plan is to use a bomb to blow up a carnival where many attendants are children. He is also willing to kill ten-years old son of Councilman Johnson.
