This animation contains the following tropes:
- Big Damn Heroes: Ultraseven, Ultraman Taro and Ultraman Zero arrives in the nick of time to rescue Ultraman before Kudajira could finish him off.
- Deus ex Machina: The Ultraman King revives the other monsters that were slain after Kudajira's defeat.
- 11th-Hour Superpower: Ultraman King bestows Godzilla the ability to transform into Super Godzilla to battle both Bagan and Kudajira.
- Evil vs. Evil: After Bagan tries to dispose of him, Kudajira viciously retaliates.
- Good Thing You Can Heal: Kudajira's Healing Factor is the only reason he's able to survive being cleaved, bisected and decapitatated.
- Mythology Gag:
- Gigan chasing after the Gotengo is based on the two's engagement from Godzilla: Final Wars.
- Episode 5's Opening Theme sequence is based on the original Ultraman's opening intro.
- Gamera unleashes his Ultimate Plasma against Kudajira, an attack he used in Gamera 2: Advent of Legion.
- Several references to King Kong vs. Godzilla includes King Kong using electricity powers and the infamous tree scene except this time, Kong is in the receiving end of it.
- Super-Godzilla ripping apart Kudajira pays homage to Doragory and Muruchi from Ultraman Ace.
- Shock and Awe: Not only does Kudajira uses them to harm his enemies but he also uses them to fly.
- Super Smoke: Kudajira can use this in a variety of ways.
- This Cannot Be!: The Ultras are shocked that Kudajira is able to defeat Godzilla.
- Villain Protagonist: The series follows mostly from the perspective of Kudajira who is actively fighting against the strongest kaiju.
