Not the best army ever, but not the worst either

Clash-A-Rama is a western animated series adaptation of the long-running Clash of Clans franchise depicting the daily life and misadventures of the troops and inhabitants of the Clash world (including both the original Clash of Clans and Clash Royale). The series features an array of writers from The Simpsons and Futurama, thus having a dry and snarky comedy angle to its premise.

The series does not feature an entirely recurring cast, instead focusing on different villages on each episode, thus making the series entirely episodic. The series received a Latin American Dub, helmed by various famous and well-known voice actors in the industry.

Tropes

  • Adaptational Curves: Goblins are much portier here than in the games.
  • Adaptation Expansion: Characters and settings are expanded here during the various villages visited. Among these few expansions are included insights into the everyday life of the troops, small backstories for some and even interactions and relationships between troops outside of the line of work.
  • Art Evolution: The first Clash-A-Rama shorts featured a darker, grayer color palette and rougher-looking designs. Later shorts have more budget and show better animation and a more diverse color palette.
  • The Caligula: Some Barbarian Kings and Archer Queens are portrayed this way, abusing their power and mistreating their troops to their liking.
  • Crossover: Some episodes have cameo appearances of characters and locations from Hay Day and Boom Beach, other building games made by Supercell.
  • Official Couple: The Barbarian King and Archer Queen are depicted this way, they serve as every village's leaders, live together and occasionally bring up a past date relating to an incident ongoing in the episode.
  • Slice of Life: The series has no overarching plot or narrative, instead every episode features a different cast of characters going through some misfortune or adventure in a different village.
  • World of Snark: The entire world of Clash of Clans is filled with snarky villagers, soldiers and other creatures at every turn.

Brandy the Bandit

In "The Clashmaker", Brandy is an excellent bandit troop who was capable of destroying all three of the towers in the Clash Royale arena by herself with her speed. This, however, causes the arena to make some balance changes to make the playing field much fairer, resulting in Brandy's speed reduced and she is cut off from the deck, leading to the Blue team to bring back Winston the Wizard who tries not to play too perfectly like Brandy.
