The Staff causes the user/whoever possesses it to Take A Level In Jerkass
While this could be a case of Early-Installment Weirdness, have you noticed how initially Duke is more creepier, but then becomes more of a Harmless Villain from episode 2 onwards? As for Missi, not only does she go the extra mile with Duke's Humilation Conga Line in the 3rd episode, the next one, she's gleefully singing about eating random creatures and going slowly mad. Heck, she returns to holding her staff and going back to her vampire form after seeing Duke outside of the castle and remembering her hatred for him and need to battle him. It feeds off of hatred, and other worst qualities of the user.

A future episode will feature Duke singing "When You're Evil"
Duke seems to be the type to take pride in his mischievous, amoral behavior, much like the protagonist of the song. It's is practically Duke's theme, so it'd be very likely that he'd sing it.
  • Jossed. Daria admits she never intended to create "When You're Evil" for the Vampair. Instead, she's opened the door for an M.E.P. project as part of a milestone celebration.
  • Confirmed

A future episode will introduce a Werewolf
The werewolf will be an arch nemesis and Foil to Duke. He will sing “House of Wolves” by My Chemical Romance, “The Wolf” by SIAMÉS or “Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing” by Set It Off.
  • This leads to Duke and Missy no choice but to team up to stop the werewolf despite hating each other.
  • Confirmed, kinda-sorta. Werewolves are indeed introduced in Season 2 Episode 4 and they are indeed fighting vampires. However, the episode is more focused on Duke's relationship with his sire than the fight, the singer isn't Duke and the video is set to "A Good Song Never Dies" by Saint Motel.
