So in the current timeline, she has already been born. Once Sailor Moon saves Unit Zero, she will de-age to an infant like Hotaru did at the end of Sailor Moon S. Usagi will, of course, adopt her with Mamoru. Usagi will, completely forgetting that her future daughter is already named Usagi name her after herself since, after all, she's a clone of her so why not?
