Everybody is going to win.

The prize, the embed in the Penny Arcade offices for a year and the accompanying salary, will go to only one person. However:

• Two losing contestants have moved to the state of Washington, and a third has looked into renting an apartment there.
• In order to even be considered as a contestant, all twelve had to pass a series of interviews that were based on the same process Penny Arcade uses when hiring.
  • Meaning all of them are qualified to be there, if they win.
  • Not surprising, really. Why would they want someone around for twelve months who might upset the business during that time, instead of learning from it?
• Why waste the talent by just giving eleven qualified people a pat on the back and letting them go?

SO: the embedded artist will be given a job to do, and that will be heading up a new office of the company (instead of just occupying one), with the rest as an extended creative staff. They will have until December to set up and make a good enough attempt at proving their worth to the company's profits before the choice is made to either keep them together or pull the plug.

• If this guess is correct, expect a new "webcomic collective" to be introduced either in the final episode of the show, or soon after it is posted.
• Or a new show, starring all of them. Jerry said there would be a new show soon, when talking to the loser of the ninth elimination challenge.

After losing the elimination, Lexxy was told by Jerry that they would be starting a new show soon, and to keep in touch if available.
