Guesses for characters that will bond with Izuku in the future.
- Mineta: While it's very much been a joke up until now, the possibility has been teased a few times, first when Izuku was stranded with him and Tsuyu at the USJ and later when Katsuki used it to threaten him for being perverted.
- Jiro: Jiro was one of the two students in 1-A (the other being Hagakure) who was severely affected by Mustard's poisonous gas in the anime. If her condition were a little worse here, it's possible Izuku might have to bond with her to save her life, like he did with Tenya.
- One of the girls from 1-B: Because it would add an interesting dynamic between the classes that didn't exist in canon. It might also be an emergency measure, like if one of the 1-B girls needs a power boost during the forest attack.
- All For One: While the characters have been trying to keep the extent of Izuku's healing abilities under wraps, he did bond with Shoto on live tv, and it would have been clear that Shoto no longer had their scar after the transformation. All For One has extensive scarring and injuries that his regeneration quirks are unable to fix, which he probably very badly wants to get rid of. Coupled with the power boost Izuku's quirk offers, All For One might kidnap Izuku from the camp and use his Forced Quirk Activation ability to force Izuku to bond with him, becoming a dark/corrupted magical girl villain.
- Jossed. He does try to steal Izuku's quirk, give it to a Nomu and bond with that instead, however Izuku is rescued before this could happen
- All Might: If All For One is returned to full health and given a power boost by bonding with Izuku, there's probably no way for All Might to defeat him in an all-out brawl like the Kamino incident... unless he levels the playing field. In that case, Izuku might bond (either intentionally or on instinct) with All Might in order to save his life, healing All Might's injuries and making One For All strong enough to properly fight All For One.
- Confirmed in Chapter 50.
- Recovery Girl: Partially for the humor of having Recovery Girl actually be the youthful heroine again, and partially because Izuku realizes that having a second person with access to her healing quirk (and making her healing quirk stronger) would give him an option to help save injured people other than bonding with them.
- Tensei Iida: After Stain's attack left him paralyzed, he's been given the offer to bond to heal him. Due to a number of circumstances, he has not yet been able to accept, but likely will soon.
- Eri: While she has not appeared, there have been hints that the Yakuza Arc will proceed similar to canon. It's been noted that Izuku tends to accidentally form bonds when he wants to help someone, and Eri would qualify for that.

As consequence of using it on All Might, All the Vestiges of the previous wielders are magical girls now too
